Scalish Construction has been involved in hospitality since our inception in 2008 with our very first Cleveland Storefront Renovation Program Project (SRP), Dante Restaurant located in the heart of Tremont. This extensive renovation included the adaptive reuse of the former Third Federal Bank building, transforming the space into Cleveland’s premiere destination restaurant. 

Scalish has the unique ability to turn the most obscure, dilapidated, and abandon buildings into a work of art. Utilizing our expertise in historic restoration and incorporating our passion for eco building, Scalish can unite the best of both worlds to better serve the community. Of course, Scalish can also build from the ground up tapping into our expertise in new construction. Scalish is equipped to handle it all and our primary goal is Building a Greater Cleveland. 

Since 2008, Scalish has built out numerous notable restaurants, café’s, bars and coffee shops throughout Northeast Ohio. Some of the notable names include Ginko, Next Door, Coda, Cleveland Bagel, 27 Club, Barroco, Hola Taco, Hola Taco Speakeasy, Citizen Pie, Rising Star, and Six Shooter Coffee.
