Cleveland is our home, and building a Greater Cleveland is central to our mission because we love our city. Much of Cleveland's rich history is captured by and celebrated in its magnificent architecture. In fact, Cleveland’s “distinctive architecture” is noted by Fodor as one of the reasons to visit Cleveland. Cleveland boasts many incredible neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive personality. We love doing historic renovations in places like Gordon Square, Tremont, Collinwood, Ohio City, Old Brooklyn, University Circle, Edgewater, Detroit-Shoreway, Slavic Village, and Kamm’s Corners. Restoring older homes and buildings revitalizes communities, drives economic development, fosters pride, and builds a Greater Cleveland.

And those neighborhoods are just the ones inside the Cleveland city limits. We also do historic renovation projects in Cleveland suburbs with a lot of historic buildings and charm like Lakewood, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Rocky River, Gates Mills, Pepper Pike, Avon Lake, Chagrin Falls, Hudson, Bay Village, Brecksville, and Avon.

Our passion is driven by the legacy that we’re leaving behind: positively impacting our city and community by making buildings healthier, honoring the past by renovating historic structures, and building a Greater Cleveland.
