The back portion of our 102 year old home was “three-season” and now have a year-round usable family room, a full bathroom, and an upgraded mudroom.  I wanted the addition to be a blend of craftsman and old Bay Village beach cottage, and it turned out great! Scalish’s work quality is phenomenal. The entire team was great to work with, including the subcontractors! Every project has something that isn’t going to go as planned. Scalish worked through those few instances and exceeded expectations, keeping stress to a minimum. They worked hard to meet our needs and keep our renovation authentic with the original style of our old home.
